THE CHALLENGE
Video can be recovered; a council session's audio cannot
In an institutional session, what matters is what is said. Feedback, an open microphone or a network outage turns a four-hour session into an unusable record.
-
Sessions you cannot follow
Badly managed microphones that make part of the interventions unintelligible.
-
Feedback and noise
Acoustic feedback in rooms with a PA system and many open microphones.
-
Losing the session
A network outage during the broadcast, with no local backup, leaves the council with no minutes.
WHAT WE SUPPLY
The chamber's entire audio chain
cinfo supplies and installs the discussion systems, the additional microphones, the signal mixer and the audio and video backup system that guarantees the session is never lost.
Discussion systems with intuitive per-seat microphone and volume control.
Native compatibility with microphone-driven automatic camera control.
Built-in digital acoustic feedback suppression.
A high-sensitivity ambient microphone and local recording, mirrored to the cloud.
HOW IT WORKS
From the microphone to the minutes, with no single point of failure
The chamber's audio does more than go on air: it drives the cameras and is backed up twice over.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What councils ask
How many seats does the system take?
Up to 245 discussion units per system, more than enough for any municipal chamber.
Does the audio drive the cameras?
Yes. The discussion system is natively compatible with automatic camera control: the active microphone determines the shot on air.
What if the internet drops?
Local recording of the ambient audio and every video source starts automatically, so the session can be post-produced afterwards.
Does it prevent feedback?
The system includes built-in digital acoustic feedback suppression, designed for rooms with a PA and many microphones.
Can microphones be added for the public?
Yes. The kit includes a wireless microphone for the public or civic events, plus a set of two additional microphones.
Is a server needed at the council?
Only for redundant local recording, which is an optional service. The rest of the system runs on the cloud platform.
