THE CHALLENGE
Producing an event costs more than the event earns
The cost of traditional production leaves out most matches, concerts and civic events — exactly the ones local audiences care about most.
-
Crew and travel
Cameras, operators, a director and an OB van for every event: the cost per match makes broadcasting a full competition unviable.
-
An impossible schedule
Dozens of simultaneous events every weekend at different venues, with the same crew.
-
No production, no sponsorship
Sponsors want broadcast-quality images before they invest, and without revenue there is no production budget.
WHAT IT IS
A system that produces the whole event on its own
tiivii handles every stage of a live event — scheduling, recording, directing and delivery — with cameras installed at the venue and all production in the cloud. All you do is set the calendar.
The AI follows the action, detects players, ball and game situations, and decides which camera goes on air.
A 0.1-second reaction time and 120 ms latency against real time.
Up to 8 cameras per venue, fixed or portable, mobile phones included.
No extra hardware at the venue: just power and broadband.

HOW IT WORKS
From the venue to your platform, automatically
cinfo takes care of everything: camera supply, installation, production and technical support.
-
We install the cameras
We pick the right cameras for each venue and install them in one or two hours. They work indoors and outdoors.
-
You set the calendar
In tiivii admin you define the events to broadcast and the delivery points. The system does the rest.
-
The cloud directs the event
The AI drives the cameras and the mixer, inserts graphics and advertising and generates the feeds you need.
-
You broadcast anywhere
Simultaneous delivery to your OTT, YouTube, Twitch, Facebook or a linear channel, at different qualities.
FEATURES
Professional production with no crew at the venue
-
AI fully developed in Spain
It detects activity, players, ball, game situations, speech and objects, and learns on its own.
-
Instant camera switching
Up to 8 synchronised cameras and a mix of RTMP, RTSP and SRT protocols in the same production.
-
120 ms latency
The lowest on the market: it allows remote optical zoom to frame penalties or free kicks.
-
Graphics and advertising
Scoreboards, lower thirds, ads and replays inserted automatically into the broadcast feed.
-
Live officiating data
Live integration with scoreboards, connected clocks and officiating systems.
-
Multiple feeds
Clean feed, graphics feed, advertising feed and several qualities at once.
-
AI you can switch on and off
Automatic, manual or hybrid production: a director can take over at any moment.
-
Dual-purpose cameras
Outside event hours the same cameras can be used for venue video surveillance.
BENEFITS
Broadcast the whole competition, not just the big match
-
Minimal cost per event
One upfront investment in cameras with a working life of over ten years, and centralised cloud production.
-
Exclusive local content
The content no big platform carries is what builds the most loyal audience.
-
New sponsorship revenue
Broadcast-quality images open the door to local sponsors at every event.
-
Immediate scale
Adding a venue means installing two cameras: the production is already in the cloud.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What clubs and federations ask us
Do I need staff at the venue?
No. You only schedule the events: the system records, directs and broadcasts by itself. If you want commentary or a director, they work remotely from the cloud mixer.
What has to be installed?
Only the cameras. No extra hardware is needed at the venue: just power and a broadband connection.
Which sports are supported?
The main team sports and several individual disciplines. Calibrating the AI for a new sport takes around twelve weeks.
Is it only for sport?
No. It is also used for concerts, cultural events, conferences, training, press conferences and council meetings.
Can I use my own cameras?
Yes. The system accepts cameras from different manufacturers, and even mobile phones, in the same production, synchronising RTMP, RTSP and SRT.
Where is the event broadcast?
Wherever you decide, and to several places at once: your OTT platform, a linear channel, YouTube, Twitch or social networks.
